BTS translates vision and business ideas into technological solutions that deliver results. BTS serves a wide range of business needs from product development engineering and DevSecOps to infrastructure support and IT security.
PMA - Product Management
Credited for designing the great user experience of our products, PMA is in charged of the product strategy and roadmap. The team works closely with all stakeholders to deliver new or enhanced capabilities to meet customer needs and ensure product excellence.
MKT - Marketing
The Marketing team covers a broad portfolio from cultivating thought leadership and developing branding to supporting the customer journey and securing partnerships with external organizations.

CSM - Customer Success Management
CSM guides our Enterprise customers through their sustainable procurement journey. Obsessed with customer satisfaction, CSM helps ensure our customers get the maximum value out of EcoVadis services.
SEN - Services of Engagement
SEN plays a key role in driving the adoption of CSR assessment among our customers' business partners. SEN also provides the crucial research and data management to support the assessment.
EVS - Evaluation Services
EVS is in charge of rating businesses on sustainability & CSR. In order to continuously improve our rating methodology, EVS not only conducts R&D, but also connects with industry experts (trade groups, NGOs, academia) for feedback on our methodology and insights on sustainability innovations.
FINCO - Finance & Controlling
FINCO/GA works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and sustainable growth. On top of office management, they also oversee risk management, sales support, debt collection, reporting and budgeting.
HRCOM - Human Resources & Internal Communication

Quality & Information Security

How we hire
We value your time and effort and we do our best to make the hiring process efficient and enjoyable.
There are usually 3 interviews (video/onsite) & completion of role-specific tasks. Key roles may require more meetings.
Most processes include a 40-min online analytical/logic test.
Reference checks are requested. The hiring team members decide and make the offer.
