EcoVadis has elaborated a robust evaluation methodology leveraging emerging CSR standards such as the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and co-developed with senior procurement executives in order to address the specificities of CSR supply chain risks.

The evaluation methodology integrates a database more than 30 CSR criteria, 150+ indicators and over 1200 questions grouped in 16 core themes covering all sustainable aspects from "CO2 emissions" to "child labour". The EcoVadis methodology is supervised by an international scientific committee.
